    I got great value for my money with a clean and spacious room that offered fine views of the Black Sea. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my stay even better.

    The hotel was located in the heart of the city. The staff were very very nice, ready to any request. We had an a double room with comfy bed and central heating, a safe box and multi-channel television.

    Good experience there. Quiet hotel in Trabzon. Really helpful and professional people working here. Comfy & lovely room with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a personal safe. Good choice of options, excellent food.

    The breakfast buffet had tons of options, especially delicious omelets. The fitness center on the rooftop was a nice bonus with fine views. A bit far from the city center, but totally worth it for the tranquility.

    The Superior Queen Room offered a spacious layout and a fine sea view. Sound insulation impressed me. Minimal noise from outside or neighboring rooms contributed to a peaceful stay. Breakfast had a fantastic variety, surpassing many other hotels. The reception staff provided excellent assistance, particularly Hussen and Esmail, who were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The room photos online felt misleading. The Family Room was smaller than expected, lacking the promised additional bathroom for convenience. Communication with staff sometimes posed challenges due to limited English proficiency. The hotel's location is quite far from local attractions, which isn't ideal for those wanting to explore on foot.

    The location of mercure is excellent, just a short drive from the airport. I had a fantastic experience with the staff. Yaren was super friendly and always had a smile. I really appreciated the beautiful sea view from my superior twin room.

    Family vacation worth considering

    The rooftop gym was excellent, great variety of equipment and a sauna. Plus, I really appreciated the warm welcome with a birthday pastry.

    It wasn't exactly inexpensive but still acceptable.
